Realm of Senses is a sensory project, an immersive fusion of textile art and design that transforms space into a meditative experience. 

With a background in architecture and a practice rooted in design, Manuela moves fluidly between disciplines, creating textile installations that dissolve the boundaries between space, sculpture, and sensation. Her site-specific works invite visitors not only to observe, but to engage all their senses, to breathe, feel, and reconnect with their inner rhythm.

Inspired by the wind of her native Sicily, the spiritual depth of India, and the luminous beauty of gemstones, Manuela draws on her experience as a jewellery designer to explore colour, light, and transparency through textiles. As part of her ongoing artistic research, she transforms lightweight fabrics into ethereal sculptures that dance with the wind. Each piece becomes an architectural element, poetry in motion, reflecting presence, impermanence, and the quiet movement of the soul. Flowing freely, without glue or stitching, the textiles echo humanity’s ever-evolving journey through material, light, and emotion.
